• Project Management of the Saving Lives on Country Roads program for TfNSW Central West
• Project Management post-award redesign of Great Western Highway, Hartley Valley to Forty Bends safety works upgrade to address constructability issues, requiring collaborative approach with the main contractor to mitigate time and cost risks (circa $250m).
