Western Project Services provides project management, contract management, site management, assurance and advisory  services in the infrastructure sector across regional NSW and the east coast.

We currently manage the development and delivery of $1.5 billion in infrastructure projects and programs across regional NSW. WPS has offices in Bathurst, Dubbo, Sydney and Brisbane with 40 staff and specialist contractors living and working in these regions.

We have a particularly strong track record with Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW), local government agencies, contractors, consultants and developers. Our experience ranges from large industry-defining projects to minor works and smaller developer-funded projects.
