WPS operates under an Integrated Management System (IMS). We are proud to have achieved and maintain certification to ISO9001:2015 Quality Systems Management as a clear demonstration of the value we place on providing superior service levels for our clients.
Our Integrated Management System has been developed to comply with the requirements of:
- Quality – Our Quality Management System has been designed to maximise in-house procedure efficiency and to provide value to our customers. Every element of our project management system is rigorously reviewed to meet with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015 standards. Our QMS drives the other management systems.
- Environmental – AS/NZS ISO 14001:2004 Environmental management systems.
- Information Security management system – AS/NZS ISO 27001:2017.
- Safety – AS/NZS 4801:2001 Occupational Health and Safety management systems.
- Others – Work Health and Safety Act and Regulation 2011, State Government OHS Management Systems Guidelines; and State Government Environmental Management Systems Guidelines.
